The individual program is not for everyone. While you do miss out on the group environment, I will be there to support and guide you to your success. 

The happy medium? Call a friend or two and create your own group! $25 discount per person applies to two or more individuals meeting at the same time/location. Groups at a distance are usually conferenced via Skype. Call for details!

TRANSITIONS INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

Transitions™ is not a diet; it is a Total Lifestyle Program.  Using the four cornerstones of optimal health, low glycemic index diet and nutritional support, stress management and the proper exercise, Transitions resets your metabolism and gets you off the diet rollercoaster.

Although studies have shown that weight loss participants are more successful in a group setting, this is not always possible. Some people prefer not to be in a group, or due to scheduling/location issues, attending weekly meetings is not an option.

You can still have all the benefits and accountability of Transitions™ through the one-on-one program! This option does require more client compliance and individual accountability.  The first meeting is 1½ hours to get you set up on the program and includes enrollment in Transitions™ Lifestyle Online.  This allows you to follow low glycemic meal & exercise plans, track your progress and acts as a “Coach” in my absence.

You will receive Transitions 12 segment DVD series which provides a 15 minute video topic for each week.  You are responsible for viewing the weekly segment which we will discuss in our weekly phone conference (Skype sessions are also an option).  You'll also receive weekly support materials via email.

In-person meetings are held weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12 (via Skype if out of the area); we will also take body measurements at these meetings.  Weekly calls are scheduled for the remaining weeks.  You are welcome to submit questions or comments via email at any time.

The Transitions Online web support offers daily meal plans which you can customize to your specific tastes, a fantastic exercise module that allows you to customize your workouts, and a great tracking system to keep you focused on your health goals.
