WHAT DO I DO TO STAY HEALTHY?

I haven't really been sick in over 8 years. What do I do? While I'd like to say I have the perfect diet, I am a recovering Junk Food Junkie and although I'm MUCH better I still don't eat as many vegetables as I should and have been know to have the (VERY) occassional chocolate covered donut (I just don't eat half a dozen anymore).

But I also know what my body is lacking in (I've had my DNA analysis done, as well as having other tests on a regular basis) and try to support those holes. Hence, this is my daily supplement regime:

Isotonix Multimineral, OPC-3, Calcium, B Complex, Beauty Blend
Complete Greens (I personally like the tablets vs the drink)
Vitamin D
Omega 3 fatty acids
Heart Health Support
Curcumin for detox, liver support
MSM for joint support
Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics
Amino Acids

And on occasion:

For additional immune support: Aloe, Immune (medicinal mushrooms), Vitamin C, Zinc
Additional OPC if I'm traveling or around sick folk
Homeopathic support for flu prevention, dairy allergy (must have lattes), gall bladder support

If all this sounds like a lot, it probably is (although I know people who take much more!) But at the same time, by supporting those areas I know I'm challenged in, either by genetics, diet or lifestyle, I'm making sure my body has the needed quantity & quality of materials to renew and rebuild in every area.
